The ARC Foundation charity was only recently established as an organization in 2020 by Charles "Trey" Byrum. However, he's been providing the same anti-recidivism assistance to help others for several years through other 501c3 entities, as well as the Fatherhood Initiative.
Our 501c3 anti-recidivism mission is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation, jail, and a self-sufficient livelihood through: Employment, Education, Shelter, Transportation, charity, and Worship.

“The ARC Foundation along with Alabama Pipe Welders Academy has helped me a lot. They accepted me thought work release and gave me a job to help better myself. I now work during the day and go to school at night to accomplish my goal of being a welder. I couldn’t afford the tuition, so I got a grant and Trey Byrum waived the rest of the payment to help me out.”
